This iconic car, developed as a top performance model of the fourth generation Pulsar N14, was homologated for use in the World Rally Championship (WRC) under Group A regulations. Featuring a turbocharged 2.0-litre SR20DET engine producing 227 bhp and Nissan’s advanced ATTESA all-wheel-drive system, the GTI-R was designed to compete with the likes of the Ford Sierra Cosworth and Lancia Delta Integrale.
Our 1992 Nissan Pulsar GTI-R stands out as an extremely rare and low mileage example, finished in its original stock specification, bar a set of genuine BBS wheels. This car, imported directly from a Tokyo auction by Opposite Stock in 2021 after an extensive 18-month search, boasts only 34,000 certified miles and a single owner from new in Japan. Its condition is exceptional, with no signs of rust on the body or underside and a recent thorough mechanical service, including all fluid replacements.
