Our 1992 Nissan Pulsar GTI-R stands out as an extremely rare and low mileage example, finished in its original standard specification, bar a set of genuine BBS wheels. The car was imported directly from a Tokyo auction by Opposite Stock in 2021 after an extensive 18-month search, and boasts only 34,000 certified miles by its sole Japanese owner.

Its condition is exceptional, with no signs of rust on the body or underside and a recent thorough mechanical service, including all fluid replacements. The car has also recently undergone an extremely thorough detail by Autobath Detailing, truly elevating the condition of this exceptional example.

Developed for Group A rally homologation, the GTI-R was Nissan’s answer to the Ford Sierra Cosworth and Lancia Delta Integrale. Powered by a 2.0-litre turbocharged SR20DET engine producing 227bhp, paired with a five-speed manual gearbox and Nissan’s advanced ATTESA all-wheel-drive system, it delivers 0-60mph in just 5.4 seconds and is capable of 140mph.

The GTI-R’s turbocharged engine and ATTESA 4WD system ensure a well-balanced blend of power, agility, and control, making it one of the most engaging rally homologation cars of its era.
