Presenting in Polar Silver, this 2004 996.2 GT3 has covered 55,900 miles across just two owners from new, the second retaining the car for nineteen years. Specification highlights include Clubsport bucket seats in leather, the Tequipment roll cage, yellow seatbelts and silver dials.
Prior to arrival, the car was submitted to Porsche for a full inspection and rev range report. The inspection returned a clean bill of health, with no Range 2 over-revs recorded and the Mezger confirmed as fit and healthy throughout its rev range. Wear-and-tear advisories noted during inspection have since been rectified in our own workshop, with brand-new Giro discs and EBC pads installed all round. Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tyres are also fitted.
The service history runs to over forty entries and is beyond fastidious. Craig Moncrieff Cars in Edinburgh cared for the car exclusively from 2017 onwards, a relationship spanning the final eight years of the second ownership, including a full Öhlins adjustable suspension conversion in June 2024
Rawer and more analogue than anything bearing the GT3 name today, the 996.2 remains one of the most exploitable drivers' cars of its era – equally at home on a favourite B-road as it is on a track day.
