A highly specified 2021 Ariel Atom 4 320 with 19,400 miles and just one previous keeper. With factory 350bhp performance package, it is fitted with a six-speed manual gearbox, limited-slip differential and three-stage variable boost controller.

The chassis is powder-coated Gloss Black with yellow panels, complemented by black wheels and a carbon-fibre instrument panel. An aero screen and quick-release steering wheel are also fitted, while paint-protection film has been applied to all leading edges.

Its 350bhp conversion includes a 2025 ECU flash and decat, supported by a baffled engine sump and high-performance Sports Core radiator. Braking is handled by AP Racing four-piston calipers and 290mm discs at both ends, with the rear setup incorporating the handbrake.

Additional specification includes two-inch harnesses with alloy chest adjusters on both sides, stainless-steel fixings, a locking fuel cap and a road-legal wheel and track-day tyre package.

With circa 590bhp per tonne, the performance is outrageous. But outright pace is only part of the Atom’s appeal: with virtually nothing separating driver from road, few cars offer the same immediacy, sense of speed or connection behind the wheel.

The Atom is simply formidable on circuit, where only a handful of cars can live with it. Honda-derived mechanicals bring a strong reputation for reliability, while the lack of weight also helps keep consumable and running costs remarkably modest for a car capable of this level of performance.

The car has been maintained to an exceptionally high standard, with servicing carried out well beyond routine requirements. A comprehensive breakdown and supporting documentation will follow shortly.
