Exceptional Level Of Service - Exceptional Car.
I had contacted Mark just a few days after an appalling experience with another specialist that had me travel 250 miles only to leave after a few minutes as the 911 I had gone to buy that was nothing like described and a poor example. Immediately Mark had impressed me with his open manner and willingness to describe the Carrera S he had for sale very comprehensively.
A short time later we linked on a video call and he took me over the car at my own pace to cover some questions I had and show me the very few spots on the car that were something and nothing but ensuring I was left with no surprises going forward. We agreed the deal blind as I had been won over by his professionalism and knowledge - it was clear I was in safe and trustworthy hands. A very small issue was detected upon the new MOT being carried out and Mark had the part ordered and fitted while keeping me updated daily on progress.
After a long train journey we were met at the station - a text before arrival asking if a coffee or McDonalds for my son and myself would hit the spot. A really lovely touch and beyond expectation. The car was everything and more than promised - a full tank of fuel to get us the long way home and a joy to have conducted business in such a straight forward and honest transaction.
This 911 I’m sure is as good a car as I could have wished for - it performed superbly home and I am delighted I came across Opposite Stock to make my purchase. At a time when customer service is mostly faceless and none existent a business who operates so customer centric and transparent is a delight. I could not recommend these guys enough if you are in the marketplace for a special car and want a high level of care throughout.
